Working with a panel thicker than 5 cm? The calculator is designed for standard doors and panels, so call 03 7057 3668 or email contact@velven.com.au and we’ll help work out the right amount.

Standard online roll orders arrive as one continuous length for you to cut at home.
We can cut one finish into straight rectangular pieces using the measurements you provide.
One finished piece can cover one door or one surface area. Architectural wrap is charged separately. Include any extra material you need for curves, profiles, edges and trimming in every measurement.
Call 03 7057 3668 or email contact@velven.com.au with your finish and cut list. We will check the measurements, confirm the total price and arrange payment with you before cutting begins. Cutting is handled separately from the online cart.
Every calculator result includes a little extra length so you have room to trim.
Please check your measurements before ordering. If the surface is not flat, make sure your tape follows its full shape and includes the extra material you need. If you are unsure, call 03 7057 3668 or email contact@velven.com.au. We are happy to help you work through it.

Start with an A4 sample in a small hidden spot. On a smooth, sound and well bonded surface, Velven should lift away cleanly; weak or loose paint may lift with any adhesive film.
Take it one section at a time: peel back a little of the liner, line up the film, then smooth from the centre out. You can reposition it while the adhesive is still lightly placed.
For edges and tight corners, gently warm the film with a hair dryer or low heat gun, press it into place, and let it cool.
For the complete process, watch our cabinet wrapping tutorials.
Velven works best on smooth, sealed surfaces such as cabinet and drawer fronts, furniture, internal doors, wardrobe panels and shelves. If you are unsure about your surface, try an A4 sample in a hidden spot first.
Absolutely. An A4 sample lets you see the colour in your own light, feel the texture and test it on your surface before choosing a roll.
Measure the height, width and thickness of the surface you want to cover. These measurements help you work out how much material you need for the front and edges. If the piece is curved, profiled or not flat, allow extra material so you have enough to follow the shape and trim it neatly.
You choose the roll width and length in metres. We cut the length you order and send it as one continuous roll. If you would like separate pieces for each door or surface, see the cutting service below.
Yes. We can cut one finish into straight rectangular pieces using the measurements you provide. Cutting costs $5 per finished piece, such as one door or one surface area. Architectural wrap is charged separately.

We have free shipping on orders over $149. A4 samples and Sample Boxes ship free at any order value. On orders under $149, rolls ship for $14.95. Express shipping is also available. 120cm rolls cannot be shipped to ACT, TAS or NT. All smaller widths, samples and tools can still be shipped to these locations.
Most applications last around five to ten years. Quieter areas, such as wardrobe doors or feature panels, tend to sit at the longer end; frequently touched drawers and doors may sit nearer the shorter end. Careful prep and firmly pressed edges will help you get the best life from it.
