What we collect

  • Order & contact details — your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you order or contact us.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Usage data — pages visited and device/browser information, collected via cookies and analytics to improve the store.

How we use it

  • To process and ship your orders and provide customer support.
  • To send order and shipping confirmations.
  • To send marketing emails where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe any time).
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the store, provide our services, measure and improve our marketing, comply with the law, protect our rights, or with your consent. This may include Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and marketing service providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Google. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity and similar analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and improve the shopping experience. Clarity may generate heatmaps and session recordings. We use privacy masking and do not intend to capture payment details, passwords or customer-entered personal information in these recordings.

Advertising and customer matching

Where permitted by law and your choices, we may use advertising and analytics services, including Google Ads, to measure ad performance and show more relevant ads to existing or potential customers.

Where contact information is used for matching, it is handled securely and may be hashed before use.

We use these features only where we have a lawful basis or required consent. You can opt out of Velven marketing at any time and manage how Google uses information for ads through your Google account and Google Ads settings.

Retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request or raise a concern, contact us. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
