Products
Velven sells peel and stick architectural finishes, samples, and related products for surface updates.
Product colours, textures, scale, and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, batch, surface, and viewing conditions. Images are provided as a guide only.
We recommend ordering samples before purchasing rolls or larger quantities.
Custom Cut Orders
Velven products may be custom cut to size for your order. Once an order has been cut, fulfilled, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
You are responsible for checking measurements, finish choice, quantity, surface suitability, and project requirements before placing an order.
Surface Suitability
You are responsible for deciding whether Velven is suitable for your intended surface and use.
Velven works best on smooth, sealed, clean, dry, and stable surfaces. It may not be suitable for weak paint, flaky coatings, raw timber, textured surfaces, damp areas, high heat areas, dusty surfaces, or poorly prepared surfaces.
Always clean, prepare, measure, and test a hidden patch before applying the product to a visible area.
Installation
Velven is a customer applied product. You are responsible for installation, including surface preparation, measuring, cutting, handling, alignment, application, trimming, and aftercare.
We are not responsible for damage, failed application, lifting, bubbling, poor adhesion, surface damage, or unsatisfactory results caused by unsuitable surfaces, incorrect preparation, incorrect installation, environmental conditions, or misuse, unless your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, descriptions, and offers may change without notice.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we will contact you.
Orders
We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is a pricing or stock error, fraud risk, payment issue, delivery issue, or suspected misuse of the store.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order until the order is processed.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods, regional delivery conditions, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Website content, including text, images, product names, graphics, branding, guides, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Velven and must not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Velven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products, installation, surface suitability, delivery delays, or customer applied results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
