Shipping

We ship across Australia.

Orders over 99 dollars qualify for free shipping within Australia. Smaller orders are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

We aim to pack and send your order within a couple of business days. Once it is on its way you will get tracking by email. Delivery time depends on where you are, with most metro areas arriving faster than regional and remote areas.

If you need an order by a certain date, email us before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your finish. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Change of mind

Unused, unopened rolls can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be in its original condition. Return shipping for change of mind is covered by you. Once we receive it, we refund the product cost.

Samples

Sample boxes cannot be returned, since the whole point is to open and try them. They are the low cost way to be sure before you order a full project.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong finish, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it. This is on us.

Already applied

We cannot accept returns on a finish that has been cut or applied, so please test a small area first and check the finish is the one you want before you commit to the whole surface.
